Responsibilities
- Monitor integration jobs and error logs
- Troubleshoot and escalate integration failures
- Communicate status updates to stakeholders
- Maintain support documentation
- Train end users on integration features
Qualifications
- 2+ years technical support experience
- Basic SQL and log analysis skills
- Understanding of ETL concepts
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
