Architecting & Leading AS-Enterprise ERP System

The Challenge:

To develop a comprehensive, from-scratch ERP system capable of managing complex financial, accounting, and operational processes for large enterprises in Armenia, addressing legislative requirements and diverse client needs.

Solution Architected/Led:

Led the full lifecycle of product development for AS-Enterprise 4.0, from database design and architecture to release management and implementation. This included core accounting, fixed assets, inventory, and specialized modules. Mentored and guided a large development team through the creation of this extensive system.

Impact/Outcome:

  • Successfully implemented in ~200 companies across Armenia

Driving Digital Transformation in Banking

Spearheaded development of comprehensive online client onboarding systems with automated document verification and KYC processes. Led pilot implementation of innovative internet banking systems featuring online payments, account/card opening, and client statements. Managed complex data migration projects (LSoft to ASBank).

Developed and executed comprehensive improvement plans. Established key organizational policies (social package, disciplinary policy, employee code of conduct, release management).
